Organisational Structure of SDPU(U) is composed of primary party organisations; rayon, districts of the cities, city, oblast, the Crimean Republican, Kiev and Sevastopol city organisations.  |
| Leading bodies |

The governing bodies of the SDPU(U) are the general meeting, conference and congress. To allow consultations with party members and primary organizations, conferences and congresses can be held in several stages. The governing bodies elect executive bodies (the Political Council, Political Bureau, Secretariat, committees and bureaus) and revision bodies (the Control Council, control and revision commissions) |
